Hadley Capital, in partnership with Bob Rust, is pleased to announce a management buyout of International Specialty Supply (ISS). ISS is a global leader in the sprouts industry. ISS manufactures and sells a proprietary line of sprout growing equipment under the Sentrex Equipment brand, sells sprout seeds and other growing supplies to commercial sprout growers under the Prime Seed and ISS brands, and grows and sells sprouts through its Sungarden division.
ISS is Hadley Capital's second small company acquisition of 2011. We are very excited about partnering with Bob Rust to continue to grow the company's market leading position in the sprouts industry.
