Clay joined Hadley Capital in 2004. Before that, he was a Principal with Corporate Financial Advisors where he completed numerous corporate finance and strategic advisory assignments and led the firm’s private equity group. He has also worked in strategic consulting and commercial banking. Clay has nearly twenty years experience with finding, negotiating and growing smaller companies. He serves on numerous small company boards.
Clay is an avid reader, fitness enthusiast and the firm’s annual leader in vertical feet skied. He is also an instrument-rated pilot. Clay and his wife Amy have three small children and a black lab named Coltrane. Clay received a degree in English from Gettysburg College and his MBA from the University of Chicago. |
